I was at wits end with miss 8months waking more and more over night needing a bottle to go back to sleep. Hala helped me and within two nights she was sleeping better and then consistently sleeping through within a couple of weeks. Hala was with me every step of the way. I stuck to her advise and it was spot on. One very happy well rested mumma right here.
Hala has been amazing. Miss 14 months has always been a restless sleeper, waking up frequently overnight, and taking sometimes hours to fall back to sleep. With Hala’s guidance, she is now sleeping overnight without waking, and if she does occasionally wake, it’s never for long, and she usually settles herself. I can’t believe the transformation! After having insomnia while I was pregnant, and then this restless bubba, with Hala’s help, I’m finally getting to enjoy uninterrupted, full nights sleep! Thank you Hala from the bottom of my heart!
Being my 3rd baby, I kind of expected I’d have the sleep-thing down pat this time... but of course bub had other ideas! And when she hit about 8mo and was still waking a few times a night, it was time for action. Hala was so great in her approach! From the moment we began working together she filled me with confidence that we could solve this without too many tears (from me in particular!). She very quickly got an understanding of our routine and determined the cause our issue. But beyond that, she took the time to understand me and my family and what might work best for us - and then gave me settling options to ensure I could do what felt right. She is an excellent communicator and was very quick to get back to me when I had questions or needed to troubleshoot. I would most definitely recommend Hala to anyone looking for a personable, caring and highly effective expert to help with their baby’s sleep and settling.
Hala helped us with our 10month old son who was very wakeful overnight. She was very understanding of the circumstances involved (sharing a room with toddler, etc) and helped us put a plan in place that considered our individual family situation. It took a while but our baby is sleeping much better, but perhaps more importantly, we felt better about his night wakes once Hala helped us develop a plan of attack and we knew what to do when he woke! We felt reassured and like there was a hope of sleeping again... and it happened eventually! It was lovely to have help from someone who really listened, knew some great tools to try, and was reassuring that we COULD do something about his sleeping habits. I would absolutely use Hala again and recommend her.
Being a first time mum was a challenge. My 3 month old son had a few hurdles and was never a good sleeper. I reached out and Hala was amazing; she was kind, considerate and attentive. She was incredibly supportive and explained everything to me in great detail. Hala helped my confidence. Now I have more time to enjoy Pedro!
Hala has been so practical with her advice from when my baby was very young to now that she is two. And consequently she’s an amazing sleeper, which means my husband and I get a rest every night at 7 when she goes to bed. She helped us through many transitions, including the most recent one from a cot to a bed. She works with what is comfortable for the parents and respects their individual choices and style but gives her hints and tips to fit in. I feel so much less scared about baby number two being on the way, knowing what she has taught me and that I can call on her if we hit a challenge along the way.
Hala I just have to say I have never felt more confident that something is going to work in my life ! The way you have explained everything is absolutely amazing and has given me so much confidence to follow through with everything you tell me . This has been one of the best consultations I’ve ever had & the fact that you can tailor a routine for me to work around my other 2 children’s school times is the best news ever. Thank you so much.
