In this one on one consultation, I will create a personalised sleep plan that doesn't compromise your family philosophy while looking at sleep holistically. Throughout your consultation, I will also be explaining how to improve your situation, by educating you on the importance and reasons of the changes suggested so that you feel empowered with information.
The Gold Package includes a pre-consultation video that you will be given access to in your confirmation email when booking, a 1 hour phone consultation, and afterwards your personalised sleep plan will be uploaded in the Rested app (you will receive an invitation prior to our appointment) and then our 2 weeks of support will commence.

You have the opportunity to choose the Platinum Package when booking. It is best suited to those who would like in person assistance and support in implementing some of the changes that are suggested the first time using a technique at bedtime.
In addition to above, I will come in home for up to 2 hours. The in home section commences on another day, usually 3 days later, which starts half an hour before your child's bedtime. I will have the opportunity to asses your child's sleep environment and recommend any changes needed. Then I will be there to support you with implementing a settling method at bedtime.

Please note; these packages are exclusive as I will only take on 3 clients a week to ensure my undivided attention during their 2 week support period.
Prior to the end of your support period, you will be asked if you would like a Discharge Summary as detailed below for an additional $149+GST*
The Silver Package is perfect for those that are happy to D.I.Y and have their sleep issues addressed. You will still have the opportunity to watch the pre-consultation video, and you will still have a personalised consultation but there is no support period.
1 hour phone consultation plus watching the pre-consultation workshop $240+GST*
Add on a personalised sleep plan for an additional $99+GST (recommended)* or you are more than welcome to take your own notes.
Please be advised; as this is not a full consultation, not every aspect of what may be causing the issue can be addressed as there is no support period to follow up.
This phone consult package is perfect for for small consultations to help with smaller issues such as early rising or routine etc.
This package is also great returning clients needing routine tweaking or getting back on track.
Settling methods will not be discussed in this type of consultation if we have never worked together before.

I cover many topics such as sleep hygiene, temperature, clothing, sleep associations, sleep needs per age range, the 4 different ways to write routines with 3 routine examples for most of the age ranges and how to manipulate it to personalise it for your child, catnapping, sleeping through the night, regressions, a few different self settling options AND MORE!

This summary is a personalised plan that details the next routine you will need to transition your child to, the factors that will indicate the need for a change with when and how to implement it.
It also includes the expected regressions that may come your way as your child progresses mentally and physically in their development and how to survive them.. AND SO MUCH MORE!
