Helping your baby learn to sleep sweet
As a mother of 2 children, educated and certified in sleep solutions for your little ones, I share my passion with you.
Let me teach you all the secrets for successful sleep, day and night, because parenting is hard enough without the sleep deprivation.
Certified with The Institute of Sensitive Sleep, I am an advocate of attachment parenting and gentle approaches to helping babies sleep.
My philosophy is not a one size fits all in terms with which approach I will take, as no parent and child is alike. Instead I take a holistic approach to tailor a sleep program that best suits you, your baby and your family to achieve the results you are after.
Sleep Hygiene is a passion of mine and an area I focus heavily on in each of my one on one consultations.
I have made these main points available to you for FREE as I feel like it is something every one should have access to.

Feeding to sleep, while biologically normal and developmentally appropriate, gets to a point where some parents want to make a change for one reason or another. For some, feeding to sleep becomes emotionally taxing and parents report feeling ‘touched out’ with the process. For others, they may wish to make the change for the flexibility or freedom of having their child falling asleep without their assistance. Either way, it is the parent’s decision when and if they would like to move on from this.
Your sleep consultant will personalise a sleep plan, catering to you, your child and your family without compromising your parenting philosophy.
